Personally Speaking
One of the most important things we do at Tragar every season is help our customers conserve energy and save money. Approaching the fall, we are now planning for the next season of comfort.

Instead of heating emergencies, we focus on system maintenance. We stock our service vans and prepare for central air conditioning. And although we are installing new equipment all year round, our professional installation crews are pulling out all the stops this spring to lower the cost of upgrading.

We are also focusing on our alternative fuel, bioheat. In the fall newsletter i hope to report New York State's decision to adopt ultra low sulfur heating oil. Expected to pass, it would mean that within the next two years, we will be delivering the grenest energy available, cleaner than any alternative to heat your home.

We understand the economic environment over the past 18 months has presented financial difficulties for many people. To help, we compiled a list of many NYS and County fuel assistance programs and mailed it to any account in need, but it was difficult none the less. We further had our share of emergencies. Our service department responded to countless equipment fires, failures and floods from the two major storms this spring. In many cases we were more accessable and responded faster than Long Island's major utilities. As a result of our credit department and emergency services, we recieved more letters of appreciation then we ever expected. I speak for each of the 35 employees that do their job the best they know how, when i say "Thank you." Thank you for choosing Tragar and allowing us to be your comfort company, because it is our pleasure to serve you.

Warmly,

Dennis Traina Jr.
